Xpensight provides expense tracking, receipt scanning, insights, and optional Google Drive receipt uploads to help you manage spending.

User responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Google Drive integration

If you enable Google Drive integration, you authorize Xpensight to access your Drive to upload receipt files you choose. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings.

Subscriptions and trials

Xpensight may offer free tiers, trials, or paid subscriptions. Any billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase or upgrade.

Disclaimers

Xpensight is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpensight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Xpensight at any time. Where account deletion is supported, you can request deletion to remove your account data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
